In Champaign County and across much of Illinois, 2-1-1 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year to answer your call and help you find the services you need. A real, caring person answers the phone and provides support and hope to every caller. Each year on February 11 (2/11), we celebrate and bring awareness to the 2-1-1 service.
