You can help Champaign County agencies extend their resources and reduce their overhead costs by donating merchandise and materials through United Way of Champaign County.
We connect donated goods and merchandise to local, nonprofit, health & human services agencies and school PTAs. This provides an outlet for local donations and allows agencies to access much needed goods at no cost, thereby increasing their economic efficiency in providing services to their clients.

Amdocs, whose campaign grew by leaps and bounds in 2007, chose a great way to wrap up their workplace campaign. They held a Thanksgiving dinner luncheon where they gathered hats, gloves, and scarves for children from Community Day Care. Employees also had the opportunity to buy raffle tickets towards some great prizes, including cameras, photo albums, and photo paper. The raffles raised over $1000, which Amdocs then donated right back to Community Day Care to pay for new coats and warm clothes for the children! In addition, one of the winners of the raffle also donated her camera and supplies to the daycare so they could take pictures of the children in their new clothing! Amdocs is truly a caring company!
