Rape, Advocacy, Counseling, and Education Services (RACES) is seeking interested board candidates. The board provides administrative oversight of the agency via their monthly Board and subcommittee meetings. Board service includes membership in one of two committees (Development or Finance), attendance of Board meetings, and assistance with some special events. Board meetings are normally scheduled for the third Thursday of the month at their offices in Lincoln Square in Urbana. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Champaign County is expanding their Golf fore Kid's Sake committee. This committee meets bi-weekly during lunch hours always at delightful C-U restaurants and focuses on event planning, prizes, teams & sponsors.
