Director of Community Impact
United Way of Champaign County is looking for a motivated and engaging Director of Community Impact to implement strategic community-level work to achieve measurable community impact and systems change as we transition to a modern United Way. The Director will leverage expertise within and outside United Way to provide the strategies, best practice examples, and success measures to help UWCC create a more equitable community and close disparities wherever they exist.

Manager of Community Impact Data & Operations
United Way of Champaign County is looking for a data enthusiast to manage all aspects of grant applications, proposals, reporting, and associated contracts. This includes management of application and reporting platforms and the Community Impact reporting for United Way Worldwide. This individual will use human service knowledge and collaboration with members of the CI team to envision what state, local, and national data should be monitored and what program-level data to be collected is appropriate and why.

United Way of Champaign County is looking for a detail-oriented office professional to provide administrative support to the UWCC staff. This individual will need to be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality and customer service. Advanced Microsoft Office 365 Tools skills is a requirement.
